All credit & debit cards will be charged in £ pounds sterling. If you live outside the UK your credit card company / bank will convert this to your local currency.

Tax charges - For orders from UK or European Union, VAT is included in our prices. Outside the UK, any additional taxes or duties imposed are not included and you should check with your customs authority if charges will be made, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: All DVDs on this site are Region 2 unless otherwise stated. Please make sure that your DVD player is compatible.

Security

We currently use Paypal to process our online orders. Please note that using PayPal to make a purchase does not require you to have a PayPal account.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Paypal's using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, Paypal's server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Paypal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

In addition the Sheffield Space Centre will not pass on any of your details held on our DataBase to any third party. We shall use your details in accordance with our Privacy Notice, please view this section for further information
