ShippingItems in stock should be delivered to you in 3 to 14 working days but please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding late delivery. Postage will be added to all orders. It will vary from item to item; as a rough guide, small items such as paperbacks, DVDs, CDs etc will be approx. £1.00 each. Large items such as hardcovers, toys etc will be £2.50 each. Bulky & heavier items such as cookie jars, large model kits & toys etc will be £7.50. Maximum postage charge for UK delivery will be £8.50. Charges outside the UK are approximately double the above with no maximum charge. The amount displayed when checking out will be the most you will pay. For out of stock items - the order will be held until goods are available. If items are going to take longer than 28 days we will contact you via e-mail and you may cancel your order if you wish. Delivery AddressGoods ordered by credit or debit card must go to the cardholder's address for your first 4 orders. We cannot deliver to PO Box office numbers it must be a street address. Our credit card validation service uses your postcode and address as a security measure, so details given must match with your credit card statement address. After 4 orders if you wish to have goods delivered to a different address then you may alter this by logging onto your account and listing a delivery address, again we cannot deliver to a PO Box number it must be a street address. You must still keep your cardholders address up to date, as this will be used for security validation
Returns InformationYou have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods under the distance selling regulations. All goods returned must be in the same condition received, sealed goods such as DVDs, CDs and games software must be returned still sealed in original packaging. Unless returns are due to our mistake return postage is the customer's responsibility. Should you find a problem with any goods that you have purchased from us, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately by phone, fax or the enquiry form, you will then be given a returns number (RMS number). All returned goods must be returned in the original condition & packaging. If parcels are received damaged, please retain the packaging, as this maybe needed to make a claim against the carrier. If a signature for delivery is required and the parcel is damaged please indicate this on the note you sign. Remember you must obtain a RMS number before returning your item. |
